The obligation to implement EBHC is based on legislation binding on healthcare professionals&sup1;-&sup3; and ethical guidelines&#8308;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>References: <\/strong>1.
