The Operational Model for Developing and Implementing Consistent Evindence-Based Practices<\/strong> (OMEBP<\/strong>, Finnish: FinYHKÄ™<\/strong>) is a support structure for development and implementation of evidence-based practices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main purpose <\/strong>of the operational model is to promote the realisation of evidence-based nursing in Finland, but it can also be utilised more broadly across social welfare and healthcare services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The OMEBP was originally published in 2010 (named then: Operating Model for Developing Evidence-Based Practices, Finnish: YHKÄ™) and updated in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
